implementation processes and standards, provide mentoring to
developers to follow the established best practices, processes and
standards.

~Over 8 years of experience developing and integrating Java/J2EE (JSP/
Struts, EJB Session Bean, JMS and MDB) components).

~Over 5 years of experience implementating J2EE based solution using
WebSphere Platform.

~Over 4 years of design and modelling experiences using UML.

~Over 3 years of experience designing and developing Web Services.

~Integrate application with multiple data sources and backend system
such as legacy systems through various Integration methods.

~Implemented SSO frameworks and solutions.

~Hands-on experience with Hibernate as the main persistence
technology.

~Maintained and promoted systems by performance-tuning,
troubleshooting in test and production environment.

~Understand Service Oriented Architecture.

~2+ years of experience in LDAP and Portal Technology.
