J2EE DESIGNER/DEVELOPER (PERMANENT)

Position(s): Intermediate-Senior J2EE Developer(s) (Full Time)
Compensation: Negotiable based on experience

company that specializes in the development of enterprise
applications for the financial sector. It was established
in 1996 based on the following software engineering
principals:

a) Sound object oriented design
b) Component based architectures
c) Best development practices and processes

We are looking for individuals who can "walk the talk" and
understand that building enterprise software
requires more than just knowing the syntax of a
programming language. It requires architectural awareness,
proven design, communication skills and
being a team player.

We are currently staffing for multiple projects. You at least must
have the following skills and experience:

1) 3 years Web applications design and development (Servlets, JSP,
Struts, XML, J2EE)
2) 1 year Weblogic and/or Websphere
3) 2 years Eclipse or WASD
4) 3 years JDBC
5) 2 years UML (Rational Rose)
