Team Lead


KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
· Lead technical teams of 10 resources
· Provide leadership and direction
· Work with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Solutions Architects
and others to translate business ideas and functional requirements
into specific technical documentation for software development
projects.
· Coordinate and participate in the design, development, unit testing
and maintenance of mission-critical business applications.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent
combination of training and on the job experience.

General knowledge of Java, J2EE, DB2, SQL, Microsoft .NET, C, C++,
XML, COM+, ODBC, WSDL, UDDI, SOAP, ADO MD, Solaris, MS Project, Word,
Excel and Visio.

Experience: 5 years experience leading technical teams in the design,
development and implementation of business-critical enterprise
software using Java, Microsoft, UNIX and mainframe technologies &
concepts.
