Responsibilities:
o Understand in detail the requirements, design and implementation of
the software including both the architecture framework and functional
domains
o Write software specifications
o Perform hands-on design and development
o Responsible for Software releases and deployment
o Assist Test Team during system testing
o Assist Support Team after project completion

Required technical skills:
o Object-oriented Design using UML
o Strong Object-Oriented Programming using C++
o Visual C++, MFC, Java\J2EE
o Multi-threaded development
o Event-Driven programming
o SQL

Desired technical skills:
o CORBA
o SOAP
o Business Objects and Crystal Reports a Plus

Required non-technical skills:
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Lead experience

Qualifications:
o BS or MS in computer science or equivalent
o 2+ years with C++, Visual C++ and MFC
o 3 + years of Java\J2EE
