Job description:

As a member of a team, candidate will be working in an environment
responsible for using various J2EE tools to develop business functions
in an in-house built system. This person will need to understand Use
Cases and independently develop their own section of the CRM
application. The presentation layer for this application is Websphere
Portal so knowledge of this technology would be helpful. Primary
Responsibilities:
* Develop quality J2EE based applications.
* Partner with business analysts to ensure solutions provided are
sustainable and satisfy business needs
* Communicate development status, achievements, and issues to project
management
* Document technical requirements for development on and off shore

Experience Required:
* Experience estimating development effort and delivering successful
projects on time, within budget
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities
* Ability to use creative approaches to solve technical problems

Technical Competencies:
* J2EE based technologies with use on IBM Websphere
* RAD 7
* Hibernate and Spring
* Java Persistence API on Websphere Application server
* JavaScript , front- end validation, client side processing
* Java agent/ Java code using various API
* Enterprise Java Beans expertise
* DHTM, XML, AJAX
* SOAP technology for data exchange/Web services
